Description
A wonderfully full-bodied warming Cabernet from the Southern hills of the Livermore Valley, California. Partly matured in oak for 16 months and partly in stainless steel tanks to retain fruit vibrancy. Rich blackberry & fig flavours balanced with a good framework of tannins. Goes well with rich slow-cooked meats.
