Description
An amazing blend, full of showy fruit with notes of dried fig. Rustic with a good tannic framework returning to a fruitcake finish. Already has a good following!
Best decanted at least an hour before drinking. Any jug will do for decanting and then you can always pour it back into the bottle for serving at the table. It drank beautifully with a hearty Mutton stew.
60% Cinsault, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah
Sami Ghosn presented a tasting here in April and we so enjoyed learning about his range of wines & the ethos of the Massaya winery. He is coming to speak at The Dartmouth Food Festival in October so make sure you are on our mailing list as we will post more details there.
