Inspired by the 19th century Salcombe Fruiters’ trading routes, ‘Start Point’ is smooth & distinct with layered complexity of Macedonian juniper, English coriander, Javenese cubeb, green cardamon and fresh red grapefruit.
We like to serve it with the recommended slice of red grapefruit, plenty of ice and approximately 3 parts Indian tonic to one of gin. Stir well, close your eyes and imagine a warm sunny beach full of memories! And repeat, obviously!!
