We have been meaning to extend our English range and we are delighted with our 2 new wines from Swanaford Winery in the Teign Valley. From the first time we tasted this sparkling rosé we loved the weight, balance and concentration of flavours of redcurrants and raspberry with a zingy lemon finish. Beautiful salmon pink in the glass with fine persistent bubbles. “A single vintage blend of estate grown Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, made in the traditional method.”
Lovely as an aperitif, and with a slice of Victoria sponge cake or light canapés.
