Description
Grown on the Springfield Estate in Robertson, South Africa in the incredibly rocky soils. Every year the vines battle against nature to produce a highly concentrated, aromatic wine with overtly peachy and cantaloupe melon notes. Harvested at night to retain the zingy acidity. A true expression of the terroir. Drinking well now or can be enjoyed in the next 2-3 years. We thoroughly enjoyed it with some cured trout and it was absolutely delicious!
