During our recent trip to ‘Wine Paris” we tasted this interesting wine from Côte de Gascogne.
Instantly we were bowled over by the zippy freshness from the Colombard & Sauvignon blanc blend. Yellow plums, stone fruits on the palate with lovely acidity. Useful low alcohol and pairs well with light meals and a ‘go to’ for a crisp apéritif. Delicious and a really smart buy!
