Extremely pretty pale pink, very fresh with a slight spritz. Red cherries and redcurrants with a hint of peach, soft on the palate but backed by a good framework. Easy on the alcohol and thirst-quenching. “Les Turitelles” is the name of the small marine fossils found scattered in the vineyards which add a note of salinity to the wine. Definitely going to be drinking this as the weather warms!
