This sweet wine from Madiran, SW France sits beautifully in its own grape skins. Made from Petit Manseng and Petit Courbu, it is luxuriously honeyed, with candied fruit concentration and a weighty textured mouthfeel. Utterly delicious and very well made by the Master of Madiran, Alain Brumont. Try with Devon Blue cheese, it’s heavenly!
