Description
We were introduced to Bieler Père & Fils wines through the medium of zoom! We learnt quickly that their wines reflect the soul and personality of Charles Bieler. He has a his single-minded focus on making a rosé worthy of holding its head high when it is grown in the renowned appellation of Aix-en-Provence.
The wine has a natural balance between red fruit and acid structure, savoury, herbal and citrus notes are framed by a mineral core. On the finish you get cherries and more raspberries. Just delicious, our Provence favourite!
