The expression & complexity of this 100% Rousanne is a joy. Grown on the clay limestone soils of the Languedoc and made by the inspirational Calmel & Joseph team, this wine has a lovely palate of exotic fruits & spices rounded with an abundance of freshness. Aged on the lees for 3 months and particularly food friendly, we loved it with some fresh Dartmouth crab!
