A medium dry Pinot Gris from a great winemaker, Edmond Rentz, whose viticulture respects their working environment. The wine is well-integrated with a wonderful depth of flavour, lime & honeysuckle and a touch of dustiness. The honey on the finish is persistent. A versatile food wine. It is one of our current favourites!
