Another award winning wine from Swanaford Winery in the Teign Valley. New to us this year, we are thrilled to have the Classic Cuvée on our shelves. Made in the traditional method with the traditional Champagne grapes. A dry, refreshing sparkling wine with creamy, bready notes and plenty of orchard fruits, perhaps quince, to enjoy. Very food friendly, we drank it with a roast chicken salad and it was gorgeous; it is of course an excellent choice to start any celebration.
