Description
The wonderful nose of the Classic Cuvée draws into a full palate of dried orchard fruits & nectarines with flintiness and salinity. Lively & light with zesty acidity & an elegant mousse. It was beautiful paired it with some scallops simply cooked in a butter. Tommy Grimshaw, the winemaker, has created a delicious English sparkling wine that has plenty of individuality & character. 81% Chardonnay, 11% Pinot Noir and 8% Pinot Meunier.
