Grown on a light clay & limestone soil in the Cote D’Or. This classic red Burgundy is matured for 15 months in a combination of new and old French oak barrels, and interestingly bottled in accordance with the lunar calendar.

Deep, ruby red with concentrated aromas of ripe red cherry and raspberry fruits, floral notes, earthy undertones, and a hint of spice. Generous on the palate with melting tannins and good length. A wonderful compliment to grilled lamb, roast beef and cheeses. Can be serve chilled as low as 14°c.
