Made from old vine Carignan, deep purple/red in colour. Lovely fragrance of bramble fruit, mulberries and blackcurrant which follow through to the palate and finishes with a hint of gingerbread spice. Dry & silky. Best enjoyed at 15-18 deg. Excellent with roasted meats and rustic stews.
