Our new delicious Cava made in the Champagne method. Fine bubbles fill the palate with reminders of richly flavoured apples, citrus and freshly cut grass. Beautifully light and fresh. A great example of a well-made Spanish sparkling wine. Enjoyable with so many foods including asparagus, artichokes and creamy sauces.
