With the first mouthful you can appreciate the effort that has gone into making this modern contemporary Crianza from Ribera del Duero. It has bags of character, deep red in colour with ripe cherry aromas followed by toasted tea cakes and warming stewed fruits. All these full flavours are tamed by good acidity & mature tannins. Absolutely fantastic with slow-cooked lamb.
