Description
There is much complexity to this Pinot Gris. To start you get floral aromas and cooked orchard fruit & roasted nuts on the nose leading into honey at the front of the palate and boiled lemon sweets. These layers then open up to a butteriness and raspberry jelly on toast. Made in Alsace by the well-respected wine producer Bruno Sorg and definitely well worth a try. Baked salmon fillets would love this wine as would curries made with coconut milk.
