A wonderfully soft full-bodied wine with rich red & black fruit character from Veneto. It is made in the appassimento style using carefully selected grapes that go through a drying process to intensify the flavours of the Corvina grapes followed by ageing in oak barrels. Good weight and lovely freshness of cherries & raspberries. Excellent accompaniment to grilled meat dishes. A classic wine blanket!
