Description
Grown on the rocky soils and gentle slopes of the Robertson Valley, known for its wine and roses, and freshened by the cool south-easterly winds. A pure moreish Chardonnay with bags of personality. It has been fermented in concrete tanks using only wild yeasts and aged for 10 months on the lees giving it a lovely weight in the mouth, with almond kernels flavours, butteriness, spice and minerals. The fresh complexity continues to the long, interesting finish.
