Inocente is a dry, fino sherry from a single vineyard site in the Pago de Marcharnudo, Jerez. It is renowned for its freshness and has an interesting complexity of bread dough from the flor, salinity, nuttiness with the aromas of dampness and age. Fantastic to drink al fresco with some tapas, more versatile than you would imagine. Well worth a try!
