Initially taut on the nose but opens up to a fresh glass of wine. Deeply concentrated black fruits and moderate tannins with a touch of black pepper on the satisfying finish. Enjoy it with some grilled or barbecued red meats. We like the lowish alcohol & rustic charm of this wine from the Languedoc.
