Description
New to our list from Catalunya this Garnacha blanc has a wonderful characterful body, fragrant with nuances of pears and Mediterranean herbs and silky in the mouth. Named after the wind that blows through the vineyards that keeps the vines healthy and slows the ripening process. Lovely as an easy yet noticeable apéritif, we had it with some sardines and a bowl of salted almonds, slipped down a treat! (At 12.5% ABV it is a useful wine for lunchtime drinking!)
