Description
Such a great intensely deeply coloured wine, made expertly by Bodegas Barbadillo in Jerez. Refined nose of redcurrants and blackberries opening up to the gentle sweet fruit of brambles. Ripe tannins balance the generous fruit. Toasted vanilla and liquorice on the persistent finish, having aged for 14 months in old French & American casks.
Lovely with Iberian ham, Spanish cheeses and nuts. Serve ever so slightly chilled at 18º C
