Description
A really interesting rosé with lovely texture and fresh sunny flavours and spice on the finish. Made from old bush vines so that the grapes can be sheltered from the intense heat and bruising winds. Would pair well with lobster and prawns but the winemaker, who visited us last Summer, suggested a favourite salad match of feta, watermelon, mint & olive oil. Definitely one to try!
