Description
Grown on clay, limestone and gravel in the Haut-Médoc near to St Estèphe. Clear, bright garnet in the glass. Brambles and cassis the nose and palate. Developing lovely juicy roundness with an earthy richness, vanilla and cigar box notes from the oak ageing. Excellent with beef, lamb, game and a hard cheese. Great value as bought En Primeur.
