Cool-climate chardonnay from the Yarra valley in Victoria with a lovely classic nose of melted butter on toast. Pure clean fruit on the palate with delicate peach & honey notes. Gone are the days of heavy of all Australian Chardonnays being over-oaked, this example has well-integrated oak and made by a female winemaker.
