Soft, rounded and well-balanced. The fragrance and the warmth of the Mediterranean shines through on the palate. Made in the well-loved Minervois appellation from Grenache, Syrah & Mourvèdre. We drank it with some slow-cooked beef with fresh thyme and no one called Emma! It was delicious.
