Description
A bright gorgeous colour, fresh, raspberry scented, with layered fruit of sour cherries, strawberries and redcurrant on the palate with approachable soft tannins. A long satisfying finish makes you take note of this great Pinot Noir from the cool misty Elgin valley. We drank it with Confit of Duck cassoulet & it cut through the richness of the dish beautifully. It would also go with roast beef & Yorkshire puddings really well.
