A very popular winery in Wairau Valley, Marlborough. Expert wine making skills show themselves in this expressive yet restrained Sauvignon blanc. On the palate you find nectarines, pears, honeydew melon all tamed by pure clean acidity. The 2019 vintage is considered to be “long & linear” & is great to drink now but will keep for another 3-4 years. Excellent with simple fresh seafood.
