Description
Such an evocatively fragrant wine with notes of bayleaf, rosemary & ginger. It has spent 3 months on the lees developing body & complexity of flavours. New to our list and already a favourite! Pair with roast chicken, which we think is a match made in heaven. Also very quaffable with pesto and dishes using oregano.
