Loving giving this smooth rich Italian some attention! A weighty intense wine with delicious aromas of black cherries and ripe strawberries. Low tannins with fresh plums (arguably Victoria) on the palate. The inimitable choice with pasta sauces, lasagne and rich moussaka however it was jolly good with Toad in the Hole!
