Made by a Spanish Master of Wine in very small quantities who practises regenerative agriculture. We loved it for its intense floral aromas with limes, lemon zest and dried green herbs on the palate. It matches well a wide variety dishes from fish to flavoursome lamb with garlic. It can also take on some mild rich spice like cinnamon and cumin really beautifully in dishes of Moroccan, Spanish, Indian or Asian origin. Bodegas Frontonio also make a stunning red Grenache rojo.
