Made from old Palomino vines that have been selected for quality & typicity of this well-known sherry grape.
Floral nose with hints of elderflowers, orange blossom and dusty heat. Lovely weight in the mouth, the roundness is a surprise, good acidity and texture with aniseed hints, honey & a repeat of the elderflower on the finish. It has just been awarded 94 points by Robert Parker’s team in the Wine Advocate Tasting in September 22. The producers at Barbadillo, Sanlùcar are thrilled.
